Profile Settings

Manage your personal and business information in your profile settings.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Click your name or avatar in the top-right corner
  2. Select Profile or Settings
  3. Or look for a profile icon in the header

Updating Your Details

You can update the following information:

  • Name - Your display name
  • Email - Your login email
  • Phone - Contact phone number
  • Company - Your business name
  • Address - Business address

How to Update

  1. Go to your Profile page
  2. Click on the field you want to change
  3. Enter the new information
  4. Click Save or Update

Note

Changing your email may require verification. Check your inbox for a confirmation link.

Changing Language

Voxum is available in English and French.

To Change Language

  1. Go to your Profile or Settings
  2. Find the Language setting
  3. Select your preferred language
  4. The interface updates immediately

The admin panel will display in your chosen language. This doesn't affect what your visitors see (that depends on widget configuration).

Company Information

Why It Matters

Your company information may appear in:

  • Email notifications
  • Reports
  • Billing documents

What to Include

  • Company Name - Your official business name
  • Address - Physical or mailing address
  • Phone - Business contact number

Updating Contact Information

Keeping contact information current ensures:

  • You receive important notifications
  • Support can reach you if needed
  • Billing communications are delivered

Profile Picture

If your account supports profile pictures:

  1. Click on the avatar area
  2. Upload an image
  3. Crop if necessary
  4. Save changes

Recommendations:

  • Square image (at least 200x200 pixels)
  • Professional photo or logo
  • Clear and recognizable

Saving Changes

After making changes:

  1. Click the Save or Update button
  2. Wait for confirmation message
  3. Changes take effect immediately

Tip

If you don't see a save button, changes may save automatically when you click away from a field.

Troubleshooting

Changes not saving

  • Check your internet connection
  • Look for error messages
  • Try refreshing the page
  • Contact support if the problem persists

Can't change email

  • Email changes may require current password
  • Check for verification email in spam folder
  • Contact support if locked out

Profile not loading

  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try a different browser
  • Check if you're logged in
